Wild Namibia Tour
Take an incredible 17-day journey through Namibia, Africa’s adventure playground. This is the land of unrelenting sun, where the ground appears to beg the heavens for rain, and the vast landscapes stretch uninterrupted for hundreds of kilometres without signs of man’s intervention. It is home to living deserts, where one gazes in wonder and amazement at the displays of changing natural colours, and at the animals and plants that somehow survive in this seemingly harsh environment.
This tour covers all of the popular highlights, including the spectacular Namib Desert, the breathtaking Fish River Canyon, the haunting Skeleton Coast, and the thriving Etosha National Park. It also takes you to many “off the beaten track” destinations that are seldom visited by mainstream tourism. You will get to see ancient rock engravings at Twyfelfontein, relax at the Ai-Ai Hotsprings, and marvel at the eerie ghost town of Kolmanskop. Choose from a variety of adventure activities in Swakopmund and experience the thrill of a night-time desert game drive.
Flexibility, a willingness to participate, an awareness of the elements, and a desire for unlimited adventure are essential in order to best absorb all this tour has to offer. Both camping and accommodated options available for the tour. There is also a 12-day tour available.
