This camping safari tour of Tanzania’s Maasai Mara provides guests with accommodation in a private and exclusive campsite. The camping crew, together with equipment and provisions, travels separately in a support vehicle ahead of the guests, so that when you arrive at the campsite everything is prepared and waiting. Accommodation is provided in furnished spacious walk-in tents with twin beds. En-suite facilities include hot-water bucket showers and chemical toilets. The camp serves three freshly cooked meals a day. The tour starts with lunch in Arusha, followed by a drive to Lake Manyara National Park, where the night is spent at Manyara Wildlife Safari Camp. The next day, there is a morning game drive: look out for hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. After lunch, guests are driven back to Serengeti National Park, where they spend two full days viewing the region's abundant wildlife. The next two days are spent in the Ngorongoro: at the Olduvai Gorge, a renowned archaeological site, as well as the Ngorongoro Crater floor itself, which is inhabited by monkeys, elephants, flamingos and lions. The tour ends with lunch in Arusha.
