Ngorongoro & Tarangire Safari Lodge Tour

This safari tour visits Tanzania’s fascinating Ngorongoro Crater, as well as the game-rich Tarangire National Park. It starts with lunch in Arusha, before guests are driven to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will enjoy dinner and spend the night at a luxury lodge in Ngorongoro.The next day, you will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the crater for a crater tour. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see flamingos, and the open savannah, where lions hunt for food. Picnic lunches will be served in the crater. On day 3, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, arriving in time for lunch and an afternoon of game viewing. Lesser kudu, eland, lion and gerenuk can be found in this beautiful park, also noted for its multitude of baobab trees and its tree-climbing lions. You’ll again enjoy an early game drive the next morning, before enjoying a delicious breakfast and departing for Arusha, with game viewing en-route. The tour ends after lunch in Arusha.
