Saadani Safari Lodge

Sanctuary Saadani Safari Lodge offers an astonishing combination of beach, bush and river with a variety of wildlife within and surrounding the camp. The sand beach stretches towards the horizon in both directions and from the open ocean, you can sail into the river mouth and possibly pass hippos and crocodiles. Each of the five Maridadi suites, nine Classic Banda suites and one Siri Suite include verandas overlooking the beaches of the Saadani National Park. Saadani National Park is Tanzania’s youngest national park, covering 1,000 square km in the east of the country, north of Dar es Salaam. The Park has the distinction of being the only coastal wildlife sanctuary of its kind on the eastern coast of Africa. The lodge is set on the beach and has a private waterhole, and an infinity swimming pool overlooking the ocean which is easily accessible from all suites. There is an elevated sitting room with panoramic views over the bush and ocean, which is a perfect sundowner spot. Sanctuary Saadani Safari Lodge also boasts the National Park’s only swimming pool.
