Okaukuejo Camp, Etosha

Okaukuejo Resort is a safari camp located inside the legendary Etosha National Park in Namibia. The camp is renowned for its best feature - the floodlit waterhole that attracts a wealth of wildlife species including elephant, lion and rhino. The wildlife congregate in large numbers very frequently at the waterhole, affording guests the chance to observe them at close quarters without even leaving the camp. Of course, guests can venture out into the wilderness of the park to seek out more of the abundant wildlife. The park is well-suited for self-drive trips, and the camp also offers guided game drives, both during the day and at night. A wide variety of accommodation options are available, ranging from premier chalets and rooms that face onto the waterhole, to family chalets and bush chalets with barbecue facilities, to standard double rooms. Camping sites are also available for the more adventurous. There are three swimming pools at the camp, one of which is smaller and shallower for children, making Okaukuejo the perfect safari destination for families. A restaurant, bar, shop and fuel station are also included in the camp's facilities.
