Nossob Rest Camp is situated within the dry riverbed of the Nossob River in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. The camp is surrounded by tree savannah and is famous for spectacular predator sightings. It has a reception, swimming pool, predator information centre, shop and fuel facilities. No phone reception is available at the camp, which adds to the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere. Nossob is a 3.5 hour drive from Twee Rivieren Rest Camp, the park's administrative headquarters. Nossob offers visitors a range of cottages, two guesthouses, and a camping site to suit a variety of tastes and budgets. The cottages are equipped with bathroom and kitchen facilities, fans, pergolas, and barbecue facilities. The campsite, in which guests pitch their own tents or caravans, is equipped with power points, barbecue facilities and communal ablution facilities. Lectures and slide shows on ecology are screened at the camp. Game drives, hiking and 4x4 trails, and guided walks provide great ways to explore the park. A hide at the edge of the camp offers an excellent spot from which to view wildlife.
