This seasonal tented camp is situated in the Ndutu area of the Serengeti ecosystem typically from December - March, which coincides with the ‘calving season’. Seasonal camps have the benefit of being able to move to some of the best game viewing areas of the park. The camp comprises of just ten spacious tents, all with en suite facilities, solar lighting and eco-friendly flushing toilet and shower. Comfortable beds with proper linens ensure a good night’s rest. Professional staff will be on hand to look after guests and the safari chef will prepare wholesome and varied meals during your stay at the camp. Meals are served in a large mess tent and the communal lounge and bar area is a great place to relax in the cool evenings. Guests can partake in game drives in the surrounding areas as well as visit the Olduvai Gorge, and even access the Ngorongoro Crater. Game walks may be undertaken in the area (but must be pre-booked) with local Conservation Rangers, Masaai, and qualified guides. Visits can also be arranged to local communities to find out more about the local Maasai culture.
