The camp is located in Selati Game Reserve in Limpopo, part of South Africa’s famous Kruger Lowveld region. This is one of the world’s premier wildlife regions. Natural Earth Trails Camp is a throwback to the old days, and looks to fill the hunger that guests crave for authenticity and genuine wilderness. It is not a typical lodge that you find in almost all game reserves.
The focus at the camp is predominantly on walking safaris that cater to clients that wants to immerse themselves in the bush. Expect experiences such as eating dinner under the stars, having elephants walk past your tent at night, walking into large game on foot, and enjoying a classic bucket shower with a view. Game drives are possible on request.
The tented rooms combine rustic with luxury in an intriguing manner, and feature quality mattresses and linen. This is a catered safari, and meals are prepared for guests on the fire- even fire-baked chocolate cake! Alcohol & cool drinks are available to purchase from the honesty bar. Another unique experience for guests at Natural Earth Trails Camps is that during the heat of the day, guests are taken to “The Farmhouse”, where they have access to electricity to charge devices, WiFi, cold beers, and a pool.
