Namutoni Lodge is located in the eastern section of Namibia's renowned Etosha National Park. This establishment is unique in that it is built into an old German Historic Fort, which was built in 1897. This adds a wonderful cultural and historical charm to your African safari experience. The lodge is located near to the Fisher's Pan, a birding hotspot. It also overlooks the King Nehale waterhole, which is floodlit at night, allowing you to enjoy game-viewing right from camp! The camp offers double rooms and bush chalets with en-suite facilities, outdoor showers, and tea and coffee stations, as well as campsites for the more adventurous. The camp's main facilities include a pool, bar and restaurant area, perfect for putting your feet up after a day of exciting game-viewing. The vast wilderness of Etosha can be explored on guided game drives, which are offered during the day and night. You can also choose to explore on a self-drive safari. Species found in Etosha include four of the Big Five (lion, elephant, leopard and rhino), as well as host of other species such as zebra, cheetah, giraffe and hyena.
