Motswiri Private Safari Lodge, Madikwe

Motswiri Private Safari Lodge is an eight-bedroom, 5-star lodge tucked away in the middle of a leadwood forest in the heart of the renowned Madikwe Game Reserve. Motswiri is a luxurious retreat with comfort and service being their main priority. The main lodge is open plan with a large deck that wraps around the lodge. The swimming pool overlooks a waterhole which is frequented by some inquisitive wildlife such as elephant and buffalo. Between drives, guests can relax in camp with a book or a drink whilst lounging at the pool and for the more adventurous there is the small trail which follows the camp boundary. The rooms are styled as individual villa units. The villas are thatched and neatly tucked away in a private corner of camp, giving one the impression that there are no other inhabitants for miles around. Private decks, outdoor showers and a fireplace for those chilly winter evenings add to the pleasant, homely ambience. The level of service at Motswiri is of a high standard and the dining experience is a highlight.
