Mara Engai Wilderness Lodge

The unique Mara Engai Wilderness Lodge is nestled among the pristine Kenyan Ravine forest on the Olooloo Siria Escarpment in a beautiful part of the Masai Mara known as the Wilderness Triangle. At 6000 feet above sea level overlooking the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, the views are quite simply breathtaking. In Masai belief, Mara means the spotted Land, whilst Engai is the Masai God who created what we have labelled as the seventh wonder of the world. The new Mara Engai Wilderness Lodge promises luxury with large, beautifully furnished tents featuring full en-suite facilities and private viewing decks as well as an indulgent spa and fine dining, and of course the astonishing views. In this awe inspiring setting, there is also a conference and learning suite and a mind and body yoga and meditation centre, perched right at the edge of the escarpment for the most amazing back drop. The Masai Mara National Park is accessible by flight from Nairobi Wilson Airport and from Samburu, Lewa Downs, Nanyuki or Mombasa or Diani.
