Greenfire Game Lodge, Balule

Greenfire Game Lodge is situated in the Balule Private Nature Reserve, a 50 000-hectare reserve adjacent to South Africa's legendary Kruger National Park. The lodge is made up of just nine luxury suites, each overlooking a seasonal riverbed and featuring en-suite bathrooms and private patios. Guests can relax at the main lodge area, which features a shady verandah with panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness. There is a sun deck with a swimming pool, where guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in between thrilling safari activities. These include traditional game drives and more adventurous bush walks, both providing the opportunity to encounter the wildlife species the Kruger region is so famous for. Keep a special eye out for the Big 5! Birds and smaller species are also abundant in the area. The activities are led by qualified and experienced guides who share their knowledge of the bush with guests. The lodge's full-board service provides sumptuous meals- breakfast, lunch and high tea are served out on the deck, while dinners are usually enjoyed in the traditional boma, under the African night sky.
