Deception Valley Lodge is the premier Kalahari destination in Botswana, set on 43 000 hectares of pristine Kalahari Desert, bordering the enormous Central Kalahari Game Reserve. The lodge features eight spacious suites each with a separate lounge area, viewing deck with stunning views, en-suite bathroom with Victorian bath and outdoor shower. This family friendly lodge's two family suites can accommodate a family of four in one and a family of five in the other. The main area is spacious and comfortable and offers a number of indoor and outdoor areas in which to relax and dine, a swimming pool and spectacular views of the waterhole which sits right in front of the camp. There is a variety of activities to enjoy from day drives with guide and tracker, night drives with guide and tracker, intensive San Bushman walks with the Naru-tribe, to star gazing and complete day trips.
