Chelinda Camp, Nyika Plateau

Chelinda Camp is located in Malawi’s Nyika National Park, high up on the Nyika Plateau. The camp provides stunning views of the region’s rolling hills and grasslands, and also overlooks a dam. The camp is made up of two types of accommodation: four two-bedroom chalets, as well as six en-suite twin-bed rooms. The chalets have en-suite facilities, lounges and dining areas, as well as small kitchens. These chalets are perfect for families or private groups, as guests can enjoy their meals privately. Guests staying in the other chalets enjoy their meals in the lodge’s main dining and bar area. There are a host of activities on offer to guests at Chelinda. These include exploring the Big 5 reserve on game drives or on foot, cycling, fishing, and birdwatching. There are also cultural tours offered in the region, and guests can spend their evenings gazing at the stars.
