Busanga Plains Camp is a seasonal (dry season) bush camp, located on the renowned Busanga Plains of Zambia’s Kafue National Park. The camp is set on a small palm tree island amidst the remote northern wetland plains. Getting to the camp is a safari adventure in itself, as guests travel through the wilderness of Kafue National Park, which is one of Africa’s largest national parks and home to an array of wildlife species that include lion, cheetah, elephant and leopard. The camp’s accommodation is made up of four luxury safari tents, each furnished and with en-suite facilities. The tents are set among the island’s palm trees and provide stunning views out onto the floodplains, on which Red Lechwe antelope are often seen. Guided game drives and walks are available, and guest can relax at the camp’s main dining area and bar, which is situated on a raised wooden deck. Busanga's remote location means that it is truly a paradise for solitude-seekers.
